This Class & Workshop Cancellation Policy applies to classes, workshops, and related events offered by Suwanee Frame and Art, unless a specific event states different terms at registration.

1. Registration and Payment

Registration is not guaranteed until payment is received in full unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing. Space may be limited, and registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

2. One-Time Workshops

A one-time workshop is a single-session event held on one date.

Customer Cancellations — One-Time Workshops

  • If you cancel 7 or more days before the workshop date, you may receive a store credit for the amount paid.

  • If you cancel less than 7 days before the workshop date, the registration fee is non-refundable.

  • No-shows are non-refundable.

  • We do not guarantee cash refunds unless required by law.

At our discretion, we may allow you to transfer your registration to another person or to a future workshop, but we are not obligated to do so.

3. Multi-Week Classes

A multi-week class is a class series that meets over multiple dates or weeks.

Customer Cancellations — Multi-Week Classes

  • If you cancel 7 or more days before the first class session, you may receive a store credit for the amount paid.

  • If you cancel less than 7 days before the first class session, the registration fee is non-refundable.

  • After the class series begins, no refunds will be given.

  • At our discretion, we may offer a partial store credit for a future class if you must withdraw after the series begins and we are able to fill your spot.

  • We do not guarantee make-up sessions, prorated credits, or refunds for missed sessions, partial attendance, late arrival, or early departure.

At our discretion, we may allow a transfer to another class session or another participant before the series begins, but we are not obligated to do so.

4. Company Cancellations or Rescheduling

We reserve the right to cancel, reschedule, relocate, combine, or modify any class, workshop, or event due to low enrollment, instructor illness, emergency, weather, supply issues, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

If we cancel a class or workshop, we may offer one of the following remedies at our discretion:

  • rescheduling to another date;

  • transfer to another class or workshop;

  • store credit; or

  • refund of the amount paid.

If we reschedule a class or workshop and you cannot attend the new date, we may offer a transfer, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

5. Missed Sessions

For one-time workshops, no refunds or credits are given for missed attendance.

For multi-week classes, no refunds are given for missed sessions. Make-up sessions, prorated credits, or partial store credits are not guaranteed and may be offered only at our discretion.

6. Instructor Changes and Minor Schedule Changes

We reserve the right to make reasonable substitutions or changes to instructors, class content, materials, format, location, or schedule. Such changes do not automatically entitle a participant to a refund or credit.

7. Materials and Supplies

Some classes or workshops may include materials and supplies in the registration fee, while others may require separate purchase.

Unless otherwise stated, fees paid for materials or supplies that have already been ordered, prepared, opened, customized, or reserved for your participation may be non-refundable, even if a credit is otherwise issued for the class or workshop portion of the fee.

8. Participant Conduct and Removal

We reserve the right to refuse participation or remove any attendee whose behavior is unsafe, disruptive, abusive, unlawful, or inappropriate, or who fails to follow instructions or studio rules. In such cases, no refund or credit will be required.

9. Minors

Minor participants must have permission from a parent or legal guardian and may be required to submit a signed consent form. A parent or legal guardian is responsible for ensuring that the minor complies with all rules, safety instructions, and participation requirements.

10. Illness, Emergency, and Force Majeure

We are not responsible for cancellations, delays, or changes caused by weather, natural disasters, public health events, government action, utility failures, transportation interruptions, emergencies, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

11. Policy Acceptance

By registering for a class, workshop, or event, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Cancellation Policy, along with our Terms & Conditions and any event-specific terms provided at registration.
