Event & Party Cancellation Policy
This policy applies to all birthday parties and private group events hosted by Suwanee Frame & Art, at our studio or off-site.
Deposits. A $100 non-refundable deposit reserves your event date and is applied toward your event total.
Everything turns on one date: 7 days before your event. That's when your final guest count and remaining balance are due.
More than 7 days before your event, you can reschedule once for free, or cancel and forfeit only your deposit.
Within 7 days of your event, you can reschedule once for a $100 late-reschedule fee (up to 24 hours before your start time), or cancel and forfeit the full balance. The fee compensates your instructor, who held the original date for you.
Rescheduled events must be held within 90 days of the original date, subject to availability. Your deposit and payments transfer to the new date.
Guest count. Events are billed for the final guest count or the event minimum, whichever is greater, even if some guests don't attend. Guests added after the final count are billed at the per-guest rate on the day of the event. Your quote lists your event's minimum and per-guest rate.
Corporate and invoiced events. Organizations paying by invoice or purchase order may arrange alternate payment terms in writing. Cancellation and rescheduling terms still apply.
If we need to cancel. If Suwanee Frame & Art must cancel due to weather or an emergency, you can choose a full refund, including your deposit, or a new date at no charge.
